Welcome to Owl Creek
Is watching a marathon of your favorite HGTV show your definition of a good time?
Do you spend more hours than you’d like to admit on Pinterest searching for more design ideas?
Does walking through the aisles at Home Goods and Michaels relax you?
Well soul sister, welcome home.
Our mission at Owl Creek is to inspire and assist creative women to DIY a happy, healthy, & beautiful home with real life design solutions.
But please don’t think it’s all sunshine, rainbows, and unicorns. Because like I said we talk about real life design, not the 30-60 minute snapshot that may or may not have been staged on TV.
Each and every one of us has our own unique style that only we can truly give justice to.
The problem is that we don’t trust ourselves enough to follow our creative juices and let that style shine. We make it harder on ourselves–seconding guessing our decisions or copping out and giving up entirely.
We are here to help you through that and to provide you with all of the necessary tools to entrust yourself to be the best damn home DIYer ever.
Join our growing (& completely free) value packed DIY tribe, Owl Creek Collective where you will receive exclusive content, behind the scenes sneak peeks, trainings, and challenges as well as unlimited access to my 7 years of professional design experience.
We’re here to support each other through getting our shit organized, choosing paint colors, finding the right rug, dealing with the stress of a full get reno, and everything that goes along with the design territory. Join here.
Hi, I’m Stephanie!
I am an Interior designer, wife & mom, and creator of Owl Creek. I am passionate about helping creative women DIY a happy, healthy, & beautiful home.
I’ve been in the Interior design industry for over 7 years working in both the commercial and residential sides. As a working mom and wife I totally get never having enough time (see pics above–and yes, my hands and heart are full) and limited resources.
I know what it’s like to have design envy watching the reveals on Fixer Upper. I understand feeling like you’re never getting ahead. And I also strive to make my home healthier for my family.
Seeing a great design gives me #allthefeels. Drooling over the beautiful Instagram feeds or Pinterest perfect images of clean and organized homes makes me both work harder and feel inadequate at the same time.
And then I look around my house and start to hate on it. But I have to continue to remind myself, it’s a work in progress.
Enter: Owl Creek and the mission to DIY a happy, healthy, & beautiful home.
I am here to help you whether you’re looking for a little design inspiration, need a motivational kick in the ass to get your projects done, or help in creating a healthier and happier home for your family.
